OUR MISSION STATEMENT

To provide high quality, developmentally appropriate childcare for children from birth to school age.  We focus on each child individually and work to stimulate social, cognitive, physical, and emotional growth.  To provide a safe, nourishing and involved environment for all of our children.

Rising Scholars is a Keystone STARS  program recognized for providing quality early learning experiences to help our children shine. We are an Early Childhood Education program that participates in PHL PRE-K, utilizes the Creative Curriculum and is a part of the CACFP food program. We receive fresh meals delivered to the Center daily. Rising Scholars also partners with Scholars Academy, an early intervention agency focused on working with children that have developmental delays. Speech therapists, Occupational Therapist and Special Instructors work one on one with children that need support.
